Perfect Stretch Clear Elastic Tape is:

• Clear and colorless, invisible when sewn or bonded

• 100% Polyurethane

• Textured skin-like surface with high slip

• Lightweight: approximately 1/3 of the weight of comparable rubber tape, with equal or better elasticity and hold

• Non-allergenic

• Non-irritating, non-chafing to the skin

• Chemically resistant to:

  • Chlorine bleach

  • Pool chlorine

  • Salt water

  • Urine

  • Perspiration

  • Body fluids

  • Soap, detergents and dry cleaning solvents

  • Mold and mildew

  • Diluted acids and alkalis

  • Alcohols

• Cut and tear resistant, not affected by stitching

• Heat Bondable

• Ultrasonic and RF bondable and sew able

• Non-shrinking

• Elongation up to 450%

• Excellent memory retention, with less than 5% change after 200% elongation

• Very high tensile strength

• Softens at 130o C (260o F)

• Melts at 170o C (338o F)

• Retains elasticity at extremely low temperature (deep freezing) and high temperature (scouring)

• Contains no harmful ingredient

• Thickness: .08mm, .12mm and .16mm as stock items.

• Stock Widths: 1/8”, 3/16”, 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”, 6mm and 8mm in both clear and black
